POST-PURCHASE HOME OWNERSHIP CLASS
Our Post-Purchase education course is held from 9:00 to 3:00. The morning session covers the following topics.

- Refinancing
- Insurance
- Maintenance
- Home Warrantie

- Going Green
Speakers from the Sioux City Fire Department and Mid-American energy also come during the morning session.
The afternoon session is held at Home Depot. A home expert from Home Depot gives training on maintenance items such as:
- Replacing a faucet
- Replacing a door knob
- Fixing a hole in dry wall
- Insulatio
- Basic electrical issues
- Basic plumbing issues

- Green items for the home
