For our client’s convenience we provide a program called DMSWeb which gives our clients the ability to log in to their account online.  Using their provided User Name and Password, clients are able to see their balances, their deposits, and payments.

ABOUT CCCC

Center For Consumer Credit Counseling, CCCC, was founded in 1981. CCCC, a program of Center For Siouxland, is a professional, nonprofit organization. As a 501(c)(3) community service agency, our mission is to provide the highest quality of services to Siouxland residents in the areas of credit, consumer education, budget counseling, debt management and comprehensive housing counseling. We are able to provide counseling in person, by phone, or by Internet/email. Because of this we are able to provide services to a large area of people. If you need our services we will find a way to help you. Our counselors are Certified Consumer Credit Counselors.

ISO CERTIFICATION

Our registrar, Bureau Veritas Certification, also audits Novadebt, to ensure we are complying with all standards of ISO 9001:2000.

We are here for our clients and their satisfaction. By becoming accredited, and being the FIRST to do so, it is apparent that we are an agency with a goal of helping and being available to our clients throughout their entire journey to reaching financial stability.

How are we different?

Our first concern is you and your unique situation.  Counselors will provide you with valuable insight into your finances and work with you to set up a plan that will fit your situation.  Our counseling services are provided free of charge.  CCCC also has a variety of financial education courses to assist you in becoming more financially stable.  We have built our business on integrity and confidentiality and if we weren’t doing the right thing, we would not have been in business since 1981.
